The inaugural ComplexCon generated over 250 pieces of global coverage and 25 billion Impressions. The 4th Annual Long Beach ComplexCon resulted in over 175 pieces of coverage and 5 billion impressions. Due to Covid we were then retained to promote the first-ever ComplexLand, a virtual ComplexCon experience.
Result
Understanding the fervent hometown pride of Chicago locals and media, we crafted a strategic Comms plan that positioned the positive impact ComplexCon was poised to make within the community. The approach was thoughtful and anchored by local partnerships and programming.
Strategy
Hustle&Co. was hired as the PR partner to launch ComplexCon Chicago and the inaugural Complex Community Week, a collective of philanthropic initiatives alongside local Chicago organizations leading up to event weekend. We were also retained to handle Comms for the 4th Annual Long Beach ComplexCon, an immersive virtual pop culture festival.
